This strong Sauvignon Blanc grows on one of the highest and steepest vineyards in Sausal on slate soil. It matures in used 500lt barrels for a good 10 months. Roasted on the nose and reminiscent of caramel, nice herbal spice and salty on the palate, great structure, powerful and long.
