Hansi matures the dry gin for 18 months in carefully selected French oak barrels. This creates new flavours such as vanilla, a little caramel and baked apple. That’s because the Schneeberger barrels were first used for apple brandy. The oak gin is ideal for enjoying neat, but also forms a great basis for all kinds of cocktails.
